Artwork Requirements

• jpg files are only okay for embroidery artwork

• pdf files are becoming the industry standard for offset and digital printing. 

• Our preferred format for all graphics files are either vector EPS or Adobe Illustrator AI files. Text must be converted to outlines. Placed images need to be either embedded or supplied as separate files.

• All spot colours printed -  Pantone PMS colours must be quoted (you may find the PMS codes in our PMS Colour Charts on this website)

• All fonts must be either converted to outlines or curves

• Artwork and Set-Up Fees:  This is a one of Printing set up charge per colour per position and charged at cost

•  For laser engraving and embroidery there is a single single set up charged per position. Pricing will be provided in quote requested.

• All repeat setups are charged at a lower rate and will be specified in the quote provided

• An additional fee of $60 +GST per hour may be charged if artwork is not supplied in correct format. If only some small changes are required artwork charges will be waived, this is up to the discretion of the artwork department. Clients will be notified prior to any artwork changes being made.
